Not all the ordered products are to my taste

Overall positive feedback, the heart sausage was very fatty and we did not receive the requested flavored aperitif cakes, the rest, however, was very good

Disappointed because I received it very late after Valentine's Day as initially planned. And I didn't appreciate all the little bits of straw stuck in the sausage. However, it is of very good quality, very good and original.

Fast delivery, a bit disappointed with the size of the heart sausages, not thicker than a slice of bread. However, the sausages from the order are super good, a real treat. I recommend.

Order of declassified mini sausages. Overall good. But as usual, in bulk, with no way to identify them... what is checked in the variety sheet clearly does not correspond to what we actually received!!!! AND ABOVE ALL not the list of ingredients!!! Very very average when suffering from food allergies.

The taste, the flavor of the sausages is excellent, the problem is that they are very hard and therefore difficult to chew

I am disappointed with my order. Package received with a broken jar of jam inside, missing straw. I sent an email, no response to this day. I already had a packaging problem at Christmas, otherwise the products are of very good quality and I would not have placed orders again if that were not the case. Your sausages are as good as Dulcity's. But please could you review your packaging. Best regards.

2 sausages are missing

Correct and timely delivery, good products.

carefully packaged, took rather 8 days than 48h as announced on the site. As announced, the risk was not to have too much choice and that was the case. But the products are of good quality.

I bought a 2kg box of downgraded mini sausages. The sausages are very good, no worries there. However, the packaging for shipping should also have been downgraded... The sausages were delivered directly in the shipping box, without any additional packaging or protection. With the care taken by the delivery people, the box was a bit bent and torn at the corner of the fold, which revealed the sausages inside. Fortunately, the hole wasn't big enough, otherwise I would have lost some sausages. During bulk sausage sales, it would be good if they were at least protected in the box by a sturdy bag or any other means securing the goods. This would also be beneficial for hygiene and the preservation of the products.

Excellent sausages but the packaging was half open. I had to weigh it to make sure nothing was missing. Adding some tape wouldn't be superfluous.

Little communication, I asked to be delivered to a relay point but I was delivered at home via colissimo...

Ok, packaging can be improved.

The ordering process went well but the taste quality (the flavor!) of the sausages was mediocre. They were downgraded products that I bought knowingly, supposed to be less perfect in appearance but quality in taste. I received products that were way too salty and tasted like low-end supermarket products. Maybe they ran out of downgraded sausages and gave me stocks from a different range than what they sell on the site.

I offered several boxes discovered through the well-eat site as well as the advent calendar I love your products

Most of the sausages were good, but unfortunately some seemed to be spoiled: the skin had green spots and was inedible to the taste. I think the packaging of the sausages, just thrown into a box without any protection, is not irrelevant.

Generally, rather satisfied with my purchase. However, one of the sausages quickly showed signs of mold despite being stored similarly to the others. Also, the information regarding the sausages and their strings was not clear enough in my opinion and sometimes incorrect. Otherwise, I am satisfied with my purchase. The quality-price ratio was great and delivery was fast.

Good sausages but I would have liked a more marked mix given the number of varieties you sell (I only received pure pork sausages and olive sausages).

Do not put the sausage directly in the box, the packaging is not suitable, despite the small sheet

Very good sausages. Shipped even in the box. It feels a bit rough or cheap or underclass. Paper bags would have been a good omen. It smelled amazing in the car and the sausages are delicious.

Fast and clear shipping with tracking. A downside on the quality of packaging, I received a package with La Poste tape, and apparently no sausage missing and fortunately :)

Exemplary follow-up on the order. Quality received quickly. The indications on the received products are useful. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is to identify each sausage instead of it concerning the whole package.
