fast delivery, quality is up to scratch, but on the chosen color, despite the good resolution of the image on my computer, the expected blue-green is actually quite green... I haven't received my parcel so I can't judge the quality of the products. I can only say that customer service is anything but responsive and that the least they could have done would have been to either refund my money or send me back the 2 balls I ordered. Very disappointing and not very commercial.

The yarn I received is not of the same quality as the one I previously had in my store. It's the same reference, but the colors don't follow the same pattern from one ball to the next, and I've never had knots like this one. Could this be a second choice?

However, as you know, the baths (batches) of balls change throughout the year depending on production, so we can't rule out the possibility of a manufacturing defect. If you believe this to be the case, there is nothing to prevent you from returning the balls designated as defective, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. The wool is beautiful but the box was half destroyed and smelling of cat pee, I'm missing a wool needle, twisting needles and two pairs of bamboo needles No. 4 and No. 4.5 which must have fallen out of the box!

I have received what I ordered, but there is no delivery note and the delivery charges are very high, in fact I have to pay 6 euros for a 600 gram parcel to be delivered to a relay point whereas Mondial Relay advertises on its site 4.90 euros for delivery to a relay point or to the home. My order was noted as sent on July 12, but I received it on July 25. If you want home delivery you have to pay 8 euros, I think that's excessive, you should negotiate your rates with Mondial Relay because other delivery companies charge much less.Otherwise the wool is pretty and seems to be of good quality but I don't think I'll order from your site again unless you lower your delivery charges.

This is not entirely in keeping with your advertising, and my name was not on the label. Only my address and phone number were on the label, which is how my janitor, who received the package, was able to find me. (He wouldn't have gone round the 400 apartments in my residence).
