I am a new customer. The parcel arrived quickly, on the date indicated. I chose your company because of the speed of delivery and the choice offered.
The wool seems to be of good quality. It's soft to the touch. I haven't started my work yet.
I took off two stars because I was very surprised by the packaging: a soberly taped shoebox for boots. It was damaged, perhaps from shipping. I'm all for saving money, but not at the expense of protecting wool, especially when the box lid has two holes big enough to see inside.A simple sheet of wrapping paper around this box would have been enough for better protection. This is not entirely in keeping with your advertising, and my name was not on the label. Only my address and phone number were on the label, which is how my janitor, who received the package, was able to find me. (He wouldn't have gone round the 400 apartments in my residence). I knit a lot, so I hope I won't have this problem again if I recommend you.

Reusing cardboard boxes is certainly more environmentally friendly, but a little surprising. For example, the box we received indicated that it needed to be refrigerated, which is a bit strange for balls of wool. Consumers should be informed. No unpleasant surprises regarding the thread ordered (2 times), which met my expectations perfectly. However, paying 8 euros for 50g of thread is really too much, and I won't be coming back!

The prices and wools are great but I often have problems navigating the site from my smartphone...the pages don't display correctly or the site doesn't display the page I want. As I don't have this problem with other sites I browse, I've deduced that it's not due to my connection or my smartphone.

THE STOCKS ARE NOT UP TO DATE and you are offered a credit note but when you need a certain number of balls for a work and you are called to tell you that the number is not there, it is not a credit note that you need but a refund.

Nothing to say about the quality of the wool. However, the delivery packaging could be reviewed (a box of coffee and a box of handkerchiefs) as it was certainly the cause of the postal delay.

The site is not easy to navigate. To order several colors of the same wool, you have to click on all the references to see which color corresponds. Clicking on a color does not change the reference.
