Satisfied with the speed of preparation and shipment of my order. However, the site advertises "free delivery" which is false unless you live near the store. If that's the case, why order online? As a result, I paid more than I would have if I'd bought from my usual haberdasher at the market, which I regret because I want to help keep haberdasheries open, as they're becoming increasingly rare.

On the other hand, regarding delivery costs, nowhere have we ever stated that delivery is simply unconditionally free! It's written everywhere on our website that delivery is indeed free, but only for purchases over €50 (for mainland France). We're a small business ourselves, with a physical store based in Lille, so we totally understand that you want to support local businesses. Offering delivery as we do for a company like ours entails costs that we can't offer for all order amounts, because otherwise profitability would be called into question, as you can well understand.

This is the second time I've ordered from la lainière de Wazemmes and I'm very satisfied. The first time I needed a restock and there was a "problem" because it was going to take a while. They phoned me to let me know and come up with a solution.

The order by itself very good but I did not understand I ordered 10 balls of baby softs white color and I was charged 18.00 € while on the site it says a bed of 10 balls at 12 € There is like a problem!!!😈 How to do ????
After checking, you have indeed ordered 10 balls of this reference, but individually and not in a pack of 10 balls. These are 2 different product sheets on our website and stock management is not the same for the single product and the packaged product. There is therefore no error on our part. We apologize if this has caused any misunderstanding.
