However, it is clearly stated on the product sheet that the kits include the balls and the technical data sheet, and that the accessories are optional (which also explains the low price of most of our kits). We made this choice to leave our customers free to choose whether or not to buy needles or hooks, because some of them already own these accessories and don't feel the need to buy new ones. The aim is to be able to compose the kit according to your needs.

What's more, when we exchanged messages, you clearly indicated that you hadn't ticked the box to add the hook to your kit (which we checked when we looked at your order). I have received what I ordered, but there is no delivery note and the delivery charges are very high, in fact I have to pay 6 euros for a 600 gram parcel to be delivered to a relay point whereas Mondial Relay advertises on its site 4.90 euros for delivery to a relay point or to the home. My order was noted as sent on July 12, but I received it on July 25. If you want home delivery you have to pay 8 euros, I think that's excessive, you should negotiate your rates with Mondial Relay because other delivery companies charge much less.Otherwise the wool is pretty and seems to be of good quality but I don't think I'll order from your site again unless you lower your delivery charges.

It's soft to the touch. I haven't started my work yet. I took off two stars because I was very surprised by the packaging: a soberly taped shoebox for boots. It was damaged, perhaps from shipping. I'm all for saving money, but not at the expense of protecting wool, especially when the box lid has two holes big enough to see inside.A simple sheet of wrapping paper around this box would have been enough for better protection. This is not entirely in keeping with your advertising, and my name was not on the label. Only my address and phone number were on the label, which is how my janitor, who received the package, was able to find me. (He wouldn't have gone round the 400 apartments in my residence). I knit a lot, so I hope I won't have this problem again if I recommend you.
