I haven't received my parcel so I can't judge the quality of the products. I can only say that customer service is anything but responsive and that the least they could have done would have been to either refund my money or send me back the 2 balls I ordered. Very disappointing and not very commercial.

Your parcel had been dispatched on time by our team following your order. It was returned to us by Mondial Relay last week, following which we refunded the amount of your order via PayPal on February 9.
