Delivery a little long (8 days from order to receipt)
We understand that you may find this time-consuming. However, you placed your order on Friday January 5th at 6.35pm, so we only prepared it on Monday January 8th. The parcel was picked up by Mondial Relay on January 10th and arrived at your relay point on January 12th. The delivery time of 5-6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) announced on our website has therefore been respected. Thank you for your understanding.
