Lovely wools...quickly delivered! Great stuff!
Shipping is very expensive
We do our utmost to offer the most attractive delivery charges possible, including free delivery for orders over €50. However, being a small company, we can hardly lower our shipping costs any further as we are also dependent on the rates imposed on us by the carriers unfortunately. But we understand that you may find this too high, and we're sorry about that.

We understand that you may find this time-consuming. However, you placed your order on Friday January 5th at 6.35pm, so we only prepared it on Monday January 8th. The parcel was picked up by Mondial Relay on January 10th and arrived at your relay point on January 12th. The delivery time of 5-6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) announced on our website has therefore been respected. Thank you for your understanding.
