The yarn I received is not of the same quality as the one I previously had in my store. It's the same reference, but the colors don't follow the same pattern from one ball to the next, and I've never had knots like this one. Could this be a second choice?
We think we've already replied to you, if it's really you, when you sent us a similar request in a private Facebook message. And we were just pointing out that the product you're talking about is the same as the one in your previous store, because it's the same brand, the same reference and the same supplier. With this type of "multi" yarn, it's not uncommon for the balls to "not follow" each other between the end of one ball and the beginning of another, as the opposite is often the result of chance. However, as you know, the baths (batches) of balls change throughout the year depending on production, so we can't rule out the possibility of a manufacturing defect. If you believe this to be the case, there is nothing to prevent you from returning the balls designated as defective, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. We can then offer to send you new balls, perhaps in a different bath, and above all provide our supplier with proof of the defective products.

I thought I'd have balls in a greener shade, but in fact I'd like balls in an emerald green, but that's fine with me, the wool is very soft.

I order two batches of balls on clearance. Two weeks later, I'm told they've run out. Whereas 5 days earlier I was told that they would be sent within the week. And finally, the balls I took instead of the original ones cost 4 euros less and nobody offered me a refund or voucher.
First of all, we are sincerely sorry that we were unable to offer you satisfaction during your experience on our site and we totally understand your dissatisfaction. A few weeks ago, we had a computer problem that affected our stock management and, unfortunately, your order.
