Indeed, on some of our destocking products, including those from Peru that you ordered, there are no individual labels for each ball 😕 We simply have the information on the packaging from our supplier. That's why we take care to renote this information on our website for you to see 😉

The wool is beautiful but the box was half destroyed and smelling of cat pee, I'm missing a wool needle, twisting needles and two pairs of bamboo needles No. 4 and No. 4.5 which must have fallen out of the box!

Indeed, it is not normal to find "knots" in the balls. We haven't had any such feedback yet concerning the product you ordered, which is tracked by our supplier. In order to make a complaint to our supplier, we would need the ball(s) as proof.
