Indeed, it is not normal to find "knots" in the balls. We haven't had any such feedback yet concerning the product you ordered, which is tracked by our supplier. Have you contacted us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on 03 20 51 39 98 to inform us of this defect in your balls? In order to make a complaint to our supplier, we would need the ball(s) as proof.
