I have received what I ordered, but there is no delivery note and the delivery charges are very high, in fact I have to pay 6 euros for a 600 gram parcel to be delivered to a relay point whereas Mondial Relay advertises on its site 4.90 euros for delivery to a relay point or to the home. My order was noted as sent on July 12, but I received it on July 25. If you want home delivery you have to pay 8 euros, I think that's excessive, you should negotiate your rates with Mondial Relay because other delivery companies charge much less.Otherwise the wool is pretty and seems to be of good quality but I don't think I'll order from your site again unless you lower your delivery charges.

It's hard to search the site to find exactly what you want. My mother's missing balls were hard to find. The wool is of very good quality. Delivery was a big black mark on my experience with the site. The order took a long time to arrive. My first experience of ordering was bad enough, which is why I can only give it 3 stars.
