I am a new customer. The parcel arrived quickly, on the date indicated. I chose your company because of the speed of delivery and the choice offered. The wool seems to be of good quality. It's soft to the touch. I haven't started my work yet. I took off two stars because I was very surprised by the packaging: a soberly taped shoebox for boots. It was damaged, perhaps from shipping. I'm all for saving money, but not at the expense of protecting wool, especially when the box lid has two holes big enough to see inside.A simple sheet of wrapping paper around this box would have been enough for better protection. This is not entirely in keeping with your advertising, and my name was not on the label. Only my address and phone number were on the label, which is how my janitor, who received the package, was able to find me. (He wouldn't have gone round the 400 apartments in my residence). I knit a lot, so I hope I won't have this problem again if I recommend you.
