Satisfied with colors and wool

The delivery took a month, and I'm not satisfied with the delay... I did call the carrier several times, but that didn't activate the delivery.

It's hard to search the site to find exactly what you want. My mother's missing balls were hard to find. The wool is of very good quality. Delivery was a big black mark on my experience with the site. The order took a long time to arrive. My first experience of ordering was bad enough, which is why I can only give it 3 stars.
