Products well packaged, order sent quickly but the address was incomplete (although in my account information everything is specified) so exchange with the post office and package delivered late.

Very fast delivery, parcel in very good condition, so I was able to start very quickly on the cardigan I wanted to knit with the red yarn, but to my great surprise, the yarn was almost broken in the ball I used...bad luck, no doubt, as I've ordered a lot before without any problems.
