Products well packaged, order sent quickly but the address was incomplete (although in my account information everything is specified) so exchange with the post office and package delivered late.
Well, except for the advertising messages that are repeated and inserted before each new wool consultation. It's very annoying, especially as you're browsing through numerous proposals...

Very fast delivery, parcel in very good condition, so I was able to start very quickly on the cardigan I wanted to knit with the red yarn, but to my great surprise, the yarn was almost broken in the ball I used...bad luck, no doubt, as I've ordered a lot before without any problems. I'll be sticking with this store though.

Parcel delivery a little long but they told me it always happened like that in the relay points.
No problem, and the house is decent, which is becoming increasingly rare.
I had ordered several balls of wool which arrived in very good condition, only the packaging was deplorable. An old shoebox, completely damaged, worn out and even with holes in places. The packaging showed a great lack of care.
