Still very slow

Satisfied with my 1st order, the wool is just as I wanted it but I haven't knitted it yet.

Arrived 2 weeks late. Quite disappointed.

The prices and wools are great but I often have problems navigating the site from my smartphone...the pages don't display correctly or the site doesn't display the page I want. As I don't have this problem with other sites I browse, I've deduced that it's not due to my connection or my smartphone.

I really like the site which gives me access to a good choice, unfortunately on my last order the blue I received did not match the comet white horse, I was expecting a darker blue, the rest is fine. Systematically writing the color would be excellent.

This isn't my 1st order, but I'm always delighted. I know the store, having been there as a child when I was going to Lille.

Very accessible site, very clear functionalities.

THE STOCKS ARE NOT UP TO DATE and you are offered a credit note but when you need a certain number of balls for a work and you are called to tell you that the number is not there, it is not a credit note that you need but a refund.
