Hello, this is the second time I order by mail, I admit that I am happy when I receive my package. No surprises, it's great. Professionals, indeed, before sending my last package. I received a call regarding the dyeing of the wools, different for the number of skeins ordered. I found that it was really serious. Thank you

the wool ordered was out of stock. I had to wait for the wool to come back to the store to get it: it took about ten days. I would have liked to receive the rest of the order right away, and the missing part later.
