Much more practical (place the order by phone then send the check by mail). In the description of the yarn, it would be nice to specify whether the wool is washable or not. Another little thing: there should be a box to note the bath of the balls for restocking.

Very happy with the wool and the ultra-fast delivery. On the other hand, the website is not great on a smartphone. Otherwise, it would be a good idea to show the wool colors, as it's often difficult to distinguish black from navy blue, for example.
