As stated in our response, if your new pipes do not suit you perfectly (and you have not yet smoked them), it is entirely possible to return them for an exchange for longer models. On the website, we systematically indicate all the dimensions of the pipes (length, height, depth, and inner diameter of the bowl...). Hello and thank you for your feedback regarding these filters for pipes selected in your recent order. These Savinelli filters (famous brand of Italian pipes) are indeed made of balsa. Balsa is a lightweight and very soft wood that has the advantage of absorbing impurities (tar) as well as potential condensation inside the pipe. We recommend changing the filter every 2 or 3 pipes for maximum efficiency. If you need further advice, do not hesitate to contact us directly by email ([email protected]).
