Very low quality pipe showing several dents and a wax that lasted only a few hours. My complaint to Pipe rit received a courteous but off-topic response, kind of bureaucratic. For me, it's over for this shop.

Hello Sir, thank you for taking the time to leave us your opinion about this waxed briar pipe. As indicated in our previous exchanges, we advise against putting water on the wood for cleaning this pipe. Water damages the finish when the briar has a waxed finish. We recommend using a specific wax suitable for pipe maintenance.
