Moreover, the abrasive pipe cleaners you selected do indeed live up to their name. They are designed for deep cleaning and therefore scratch more than classic chenille cleaners. However, you are right, it is not necessary to insist too much in the bottom of the bowl as this could leave a mark after passing the pipe cleaner. We are sorry to learn that this pipe from the German brand (created by designer Markus Bischof) does not fully meet your expectations. Like all pipes from the Vauen Caro collection, the model you chose is designed with a briar bowl and an acrylic stem. We confirm that it is not resin but wood. The craftsman then applied a black lacquer to bring more originality. Of course, if this new pipe does not suit you and you have not yet smoked it, it is entirely possible to return it to us for an exchange for another model. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us (either by email or phone), our team can provide you with all the additional details you need and guide you in your future choices.

Hello, the package arrived well, however the stainless steel pot for tobacco is a Chinese product and the top of the hygrometer is cracked, which I repaired with glue. Being in Guadeloupe, the box must have been mishandled, so please include bubble wrap to ensure the integrity of the items.
