Hello I bought Roger Vincent's sea wolf very nice pipe and very good packaging so I bought another pipe from Roger Vincent the Brassens throat pipe a bit disappointed it lacks the fabric case written on it with the instructions for the pipe I hope pipe fr will do what is necessary thank you in advance best regards

I was extremely surprised to have to pay 28.50 CHF upon receiving my package, due to customs fees. I thought, in good faith, that having paid the shipping fees to Pipe Rit, EVERYTHING was included!!! The fact that it was not EXPRESSLY MENTIONED during the presentation of the shipping fees could be considered misleading advertising (not to say 'deceptive'). So, I don't know if I will recommend you (although I am not overly surprised that it is probably the same with all your competitors); in any case, I will arrange to have it sent to a friend living literally on the border but on the French side!

Having knowledge of Falcon pipes, I easily found their presence on the site and once the order was placed, the delivery arrived quickly. I appreciate this brand with a look similar to that of the Jima brand from the 60s. They are light, pleasant to smoke, a real pleasure, and their interchangeable bowl is an excellent thing, to be cleaned however with caution so as not to damage the wood, when unscrewing and rescrewing, as well as in handling with a pipe cleaner.
