The gift box received on time. The pipe is beautiful and pleasant. However, the pipe cleaner included is completely rusted and unusable. I have notified La Pipe Rit by email and via customer service directly on your site, with a photo to support. I have not received any response to date.

I ordered a dwarf cobbit supposed to have a nickel ring.... Not at all, plus I checked on the site 3 days after receiving mine, they had increased it by 10 € very disappointed.

Perfect! I order a Falcon, I get a Falcon. Nothing to complain about! Fast shipping, packaging impeccable. Regarding the rest of the site, 'Bravo'! Many wise tips for beginners and practical, functional general presentation. Oh! I forgot one thing, this site has become a reference for long-time pipe smokers like me. Don't buy just any pipe in a tobacco shop. Few will take the time to advise you wisely. Many unfortunately!!! Sell mediocre pipes at prohibitive prices and will recommend just as bad tobacco, (I won't name it, but it's Dutch in a blue pack or small Scottish squares...) that will burn your tongue and disgust you, (at least for a while of smoking the pipe). Come here before doing anything ... Falcon is a good start for novices. Then you will complete and understand. Bravo to this site.

Great box and beautiful items. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't been ignored by email AND Instagram (active account) for information. A bit disappointed not to have had any interactions, I also needed advice.

Order perfectly received. Maybe just mention when ordering from abroad (Switzerland) the shipping costs. I had to add CHF 25.00 in customs fees to pick up my package at the Post Office. If you could warn buyers of these potential fees, it would avoid bad surprises ;)

Pleasant and light, delivery time fast and respected...

I received the packaging quite quickly. Everything is well packaged. In terms of use, it's quite easy. The pipe itself is pleasant to hold and smoke with. I recommend it with its cleaning kit to maintain it in the long term.

I had ordered a new pipe, some accessories and at the same time I was sending a pipe for repair. There was a delivery problem, but everything is back to normal. The main issue comes from the document to download that links the repair and any additional orders. There would be a bit of time to spend to improve this procedure, for example, to provide an automatic receipt of the pipe to be repaired and a registration on the customer account of the new potential order.

As for the delivery, no issues with the correct delay. However, a small disappointment, the pipe case on the site was gray while in the package it was black, nothing too bad but you could update your photos on the site. And many of your pipes on the site have been unavailable for several months. (When I called you, you told me the pipe would be available in about 15 days and it has been more than two months and still unavailable, so I ordered it from another site, which is a shame.)

I navigated quite a bit on the site, compared with others, before placing a first order.
The whole is quite user-friendly and the pipes are well highlighted.
The advice often targets beginners, which is very good. However, more experienced pipe smokers might appreciate more in-depth articles.
I also regret that shipping is not free from a certain order amount. Others do it and it's very appreciated.

Nothing to say about the ordered pipe, excellent pipe. Delivery on time, it's perfect. However, I think that Piperit could improve its service by offering free delivery because adding ten euros for delivery when you have a cart over 200€ well let's say a commercial gesture wouldn't hurt.
Moreover, I would have ordered much more if the 3x or 4x interest-free service was offered by the site like many other sites.
So Piperit is very serious but lacks services that could lead to more sales and especially to larger average baskets..

A purchase of €350 shipping costs at the customer's expense. A return of the pipe for a defect and the costs again for the customer. The after-sales service is perfect with no problem for the exchange of the pipe. I will recommend.

In fact, it's partly my fault, I didn't pay attention that the ordered pipe was "small size". This mistake could have been easily avoided if next to the pipes there was a "standard" object like a box of matches or a centimeter.
