Hello and thank you for this feedback regarding your recent order on our online store. Your purchase validated on 05/11 was shipped from our premises the next morning (that is to say on 06/11). Then, we obviously depend on the delivery services. During this month of November 2020, BPost (the Belgian Post) indeed experienced significant saturation in sorting centers due to a considerable number of parcels to be delivered. This is why the delivery time was longer than usual (generally, it takes 3-4 days). On www.pipe.fr, the shipping cost to Belgium is €8, regardless of the number and weight of the ordered items.
