the pipe itself is perfect but the package arrived damaged and the gift wrap unusable. Had to redo a gift wrap but the label from your store could not be recovered. Too bad. But it's the fault of 'chronopost'!!

Slow response to a costly item with a hidden defect that makes the pipe unsmokable. I really didn't expect to have to consider asserting my customer rights through legal means from them.
