Super fast to receive the pipe, but I would have liked to have a notification upon shipping, because with all the fake emails from carriers asking for payment (scam), it would have been good to have this info to avoid being fooled.

We always specify the dimensions of the items in the "Characteristics" section because it is indeed difficult to gauge the size of a product solely from photos. In fact, for what I asked for this time, there is no problem. But I hold a grudge! One day I bought you a German pipe and after a few days the end of the pipe deteriorated, not at the corner but in the middle of the mouthpiece. I asked for it to be replaced and the employee replied that I must have dropped the pipe. However, when a pipe falls, it falls on the stove which is the heaviest and regarding the mouthpiece, if it receives a corner, it can break at the corners but never in the middle. I found it very inappropriate that you could doubt my word, as I never lie. And, at my age, over 85, I am very careful not to break my pipe (laughs). So offended, I let it go. I still smoke this pipe from time to time. Have a good day, cordially despite everything.

I am not satisfied, the pipe was slightly damaged upon arrival, customer service does not offer to return and exchange it, but the shipping costs are at my expense.

Some pipes come from series produced by major brands, however you are right, most of our handcrafted products are available in very limited quantities (even one piece when it comes to unique items) and can be quickly taken. On the webpage of an item, you have the option to enter your email to be automatically alerted when it is restocked. Of course, feel free to contact us (by email or phone) as our company is located in Saint-Claude, we can offer you many models by selecting them directly from the manufacturers.

The pipe artisans of Saint-Claude do their best to handle each repair in a reduced time frame. However, this delay can vary depending on the time of year and the current workload in the workshop. For these two reasons, we systematically indicate (during phone exchanges and via our website) a minimum waiting period of two months. Also, we are happy to have been able to respond to your repair request even faster than expected. Following your message, we are delighted to know that you will be able to fully enjoy your Big Ben pipe again.
