I am delighted with my purchase, serious company, quality product, well packaged, very fast shipping. Lots of usage advice, it seems that the seller wants the product to last as long as possible, unlike planned obsolescence!!! It changes from cheaper products whose quality is far from the specifications. In short, I will not change suppliers anymore. Since you ask for my opinion, then put 10 or 15€ more to buy your products here, you certainly won't regret it. I recommend without hesitation.

First experience for me as a pipe smoker. A novice in the matter, all the advice found on the site (choice of pipe, use, maintenance...) allowed me to choose calmly (bruyère pipe on the site then sea foam pipe directly in the store). I recommend both the site and the store.

Very user-friendly site, great choice and especially this is the second time I have placed an order and nothing to complain about the care taken with the package, the merchandise is very well protected and the shipping is super fast (I know what I'm talking about ordering from a .fr site while being in Switzerland is not a guarantee of speed). My tobacco seller is going to be mad at me but I might often come here before going to his store.

Hello and thank you for your feedback regarding your pipe whose broken stem needed to be replaced. Upon receipt, we immediately forwarded it to our pipemaker located near our shop in Saint-Claude. Furthermore, we took care to inform you by email that the delay would be a minimum of 4 weeks. However, you are right, the workshop has been very delayed lately due to the summer holiday period and a significant number of requests to process. We apologize for this and hope that you are once again fully enjoying your briar pipe.
