For example, acrylic pipe stems are more resistant and easier to maintain than others (ebonite, cumberland, horn). The pipe arrived with a visible defect before shipping on the stem which has deep marks. It's a shame because being forced to return this pipe at my expense does not suit me and seems abnormal for a return due to a manufacturing defect.
