Pipe purchased in January and the stem broke 3 months later. I returned the pipe thinking to take advantage of the warranty but I was told that the filter, which was changed every time, was very dirty and therefore the pipe was poorly maintained. Very unhappy, I do not recommend this site, I will not buy anything there again.

As usual: impeccable! Products announced in stock, actually available, carefully packaged, shipped and delivered quickly!

Everything is okay for my last order (Dunhill tobacco joke). However, I have some remarks to make about my previous order (walnut tobacco jar D2301). 1. The brief user manual is only in English. 2. Using the jar is not very simple as you have to take the tobacco out of the jar to add demineralized water. Otherwise, the jar is superb.
