The delivery went very well, the package was perfectly wrapped. These are products I gave to my dad, I would have liked to have the instructions for each operation of what I bought, so I had to show him on the site, I would have preferred he didn't see the price. Item arrived well within a very short time. Good protective packaging. Why such a sharp filter? The part of the pipe adjusted on the extension of the stove presented a real difficulty in disassembly. I remedied this by using very fine steel wool. A pipe smoker since the dawn of time (or almost), I notice even on the 'luxury' pipes a decrease in the quality of materials as well as assembly.

I am completely satisfied with my order, respect for the delivery date, very good work and beautiful finish on the pipe. A big thank you to the whole team.
