Pipe quite heavy for my taste

As always, delivery was on time (even early). The packaging is good while limiting the superfluous. Too bad that the sale of tobacco is prohibited online....

The delivery went very well, the package was perfectly wrapped. These are products I gave to my dad, I would have liked to have the instructions for each operation of what I bought, so I had to show him on the site, I would have preferred he didn't see the price. Otherwise, I was satisfied overall.

Item arrived well within a very short time. Good protective packaging. Why such a sharp filter? The part of the pipe adjusted on the extension of the stove presented a real difficulty in disassembly. I remedied this by using very fine steel wool. A pipe smoker since the dawn of time (or almost), I notice even on the 'luxury' pipes a decrease in the quality of materials as well as assembly.

I am completely satisfied with my order, respect for the delivery date, very good work and beautiful finish on the pipe. A big thank you to the whole team.
