Quality and service up to standard
Product OK, order processed impeccably, but delivery by DPD Belgium (Colissimo relay) below everything: five working days to deliver the package, various lies about the delivery, bad faith... A case study for a consumer association. But nothing to do with La Pipe Rit, impeccable and courteous staff, which I highly recommend.
I'm living in Korea. I was able to purchase a product with a unique design. The delivery was also very fast.
