This order followed an issue with a previous pipe purchase, the latter had a fatal defect, the customer service was impeccable, fast, I immediately received a credit note that allowed me to buy any item available on the site. Once ordered, delivery takes 2 or 3 days depending on your location. Bravo and thank you, the pipe laughs!

Following a crack issue on the first pipe ordered, the sales service provided me with a second one for free. It turns out that despite following the recommendations in the manual and the blog's advice for seasoning and cleaning, the new pipe broke during cleaning and is unusable. My previous pipe bought from my tobacconist lasted 40 years! It seems there is a defect in the bore of the stem or the quality of the briar. Best regards.
