The offer of pipes and accessories is wide, the service is top-notch like in the St Claude store where I bought my first pipes when I worked in the Jura. Deliveries are careful and fast. Good quality products that delight a pipe smoker
If I could have, I would have given 0. I ordered a pipe that I received cracked. I informed them the first time there were still some of these pipes in stock. They told me they didn't see the problem, I had to send them photos highlighting the issue. They asked me to send it back without providing a return slip, I also had to ask them what they eventually provided. And when they confirmed that the pipe indeed had a problem, they told me they no longer had it in stock (they neither had the presence of mind nor the professionalism to set one aside as soon as they realized by email that the pipe had an irreparable defect) and offered me three other products that had absolutely nothing to do with the aesthetics. In short, total nonsense, it's pointless to advertise saying that a good pipe smoker orders from La Pipe Rit, a good pipe smoker is primarily looking for professionals, which is not their case.

I find the purchase a bit expensive. Indeed, for an order of €75.76, you charge €11.50 for shipping and I still have to pay Fr. 22.95 in customs fees.

Impeccable delivery. Very happy with my Lizon 275, the only problem is the abnormal difficulty in placing or removing the pipe stem. I followed Mr. Bastien Webmaster's advice, putting Marseille soap on the stem. I noticed a slight improvement, to be seen later.
Already a few purchases on the very well-made site, order quickly dispatched, product as described. Just a small note, one item has been out of stock for several months, why not remove it?
