A very big disappointment: impossible to remove the flake from the stem, whether the pipe is cold or hot. Using pliers is necessary and requires significant effort. Obviously, this pipe has passed through quality control. The response obtained from customer service is unequivocal: 'figure it out, lubricate, sand'. It's really incredible and disappointing. I have been smoking a pipe for over 40 years and it was a mistake to make this purchase (which just landed in the trash) on this site that deserves negative publicity.
Pipe purchased in January and the stem broke 3 months later. I returned the pipe thinking to take advantage of the warranty but I was told that the filter, which was changed every time, was very dirty and therefore the pipe was poorly maintained. Very unhappy, I do not recommend this site, I will not buy anything there again.

I did not receive the package as promised on the indicated date. Calling Colissimo is a serious mistake. It seems they delivered to another address to someone else.

Fortunately, I have honest neighbors, the delivery was made 1 km from my home, very disappointed with the delivery service. Disgraceful Colissimo.
A very long delivery of very questionable quality items, namely a very expensive pipe of more than limited quality; the price just meets my expectations, maybe I am a bit too difficult. Here is my appreciation following my purchases.

I ordered blue pipe cleaners and received red ones. This is the second time. Disappointed.
The filters I ordered do not fit my 2 pipes: not knowing there were several filter sizes, I cannot use them. Otherwise, the order was received very quickly.
If I could have, I would have given 0. I ordered a pipe that I received cracked. I informed them the first time there were still some of these pipes in stock. They told me they didn't see the problem, I had to send them photos highlighting the issue. They asked me to send it back without providing a return slip, I also had to ask them what they eventually provided. And when they confirmed that the pipe indeed had a problem, they told me they no longer had it in stock (they neither had the presence of mind nor the professionalism to set one aside as soon as they realized by email that the pipe had an irreparable defect) and offered me three other products that had absolutely nothing to do with the aesthetics. In short, total nonsense, it's pointless to advertise saying that a good pipe smoker orders from La Pipe Rit, a good pipe smoker is primarily looking for professionals, which is not their case.

ORDER WELL RECEIVED BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED. AFTER ABOUT FIFTEEN DAYS OF USE, 2 OUT OF 3 PIPES PURCHASED HAVE BURST AT THE BOWL AND MOUTHPIECE. 400€ went up in smoke!!! and no news from customer service!!!

I ordered a pipe and was sent another one. Your colleague told me she would add accessories to compensate, but nothing was added, and moreover, I wasn't really okay with being sent another pipe.

Very satisfied with the products and the service
Following a delivery problem with Colissimo international, no responsiveness. I had to do the research work myself... and delivery (!). After a week and a reminder from me, the seller's only response: the Post says it is delivered. Indeed, since I took care of it myself! (Additional cost: 60€.). If the seller had bothered to take care of it in time, he would have noticed that this 'delivery' was a complete mess - tracking to support. In short, seller's responsibility not assumed: it is up to the seller to turn against the Post to get compensated, not the customer to bear costs when he is the only one not responsible at all. Morality: do not try to fix things, let the situation fester for weeks if necessary and demand a refund.
I ordered Meerschaum filters and received Vaven filters.
The pipe broke while I was disassembling it to clean it. I am disappointed by Jeantet on this reputation.
Very disappointed with your attitude regarding the repair of an obvious defect in your pipe I find that your approach is absolutely not commercial, charging me €14 for repair and shipping costs for a €64 pipe is very borderline Regards
