The site is very good and very complete, navigation is easy. My order arrived on time and in impeccable condition (careful packaging). I ordered a 9mm pipe but I forgot to order the appropriate filters... I already sent an email with the photo of the pipe that is cracked at the connection with the hose... and I have no response. So my opinion is VERY negative. Not serious at all. Not finding a Saint Claude pipe dealer near my home, I wanted to try and I got really fooled

For the little story, my father just gave me his which comes from Saint Claude 25 years after his purchase, which made me want to buy mine! Nothing to say about the ordered pipe, excellent pipe. Delivery on time, it's perfect. However, I think that Piperit could improve its service by offering free delivery because adding ten euros for delivery when you have a cart over 200€ well let's say a commercial gesture wouldn't hurt. Moreover, I would have ordered much more if the 3x or 4x interest-free service was offered by the site like many other sites. So Piperit is very serious but lacks services that could lead to more sales and especially to larger average baskets.. A good listener!
A purchase of €350 shipping costs at the customer's expense. A return of the pipe for a defect and the costs again for the customer. The after-sales service is perfect with no problem for the exchange of the pipe. I will recommend.
