I navigated quite a bit on the site, compared with others, before placing a first order. The whole is quite user-friendly and the pipes are well highlighted. The advice often targets beginners, which is very good. However, more experienced pipe smokers might appreciate more in-depth articles. I also regret that shipping is not free from a certain order amount. Others do it and it's very appreciated.

I already sent an email with the photo of the pipe that is cracked at the connection with the hose... and I have no response. So my opinion is VERY negative. Not serious at all. Not finding a Saint Claude pipe dealer near my home, I wanted to try and I got really fooled
