Disappointed by this first and probably last experience. Unfortunately, the service is clearly not up to what one can expect: here, it is not the customer who is king, but the seller. After only three regular uses by an experienced person (over 50 years of experience with this type of product), the pipe burned. The after-sales service was contacted with supporting photos, and only offered a 20% voucher, while the product had cost €200. This is very insufficient, and gives the impression that neither the problem nor the customer is taken seriously.
