For the site, I would give the best rating, navigation is easy, presentation is superb and the blog is very enriching. The very useful advice helps to make the right choice. But for my purchase, two stars will suffice. What a disappointment it was to discover that the pipe I had just received was unusable in its state. The pre-drilling completely blocked the hole at the bottom of the bowl. Does Butz-Choquin not check its products before marketing them? Moreover, I find it clumsy to pre-drill a pipe. I had no choice but to return it or unblock the hole in the stem myself. My next pipe will be an Eole, with a much better quality/price ratio.
