Very fast delivery, products conform to their descriptions, perfect packaging. I tried and ordered pipes with a 9 mm filter and I am a bit disappointed compared to pipes with metal filters. I feel like I'm smoking a pierced cigar. We'll have to see over time.

It's always difficult to choose a pipe, especially online, but the descriptions are precise; however, somewhere choosing a pipe without seeing it is a heresy, but for starters, it's quite practical, good to know.
