For the ease of ordering, the speed of shipping, the package in perfect condition: in short, for the overall service without any false notes.
The wooden tip of the pipe broke at the point where the plastic tube is inserted. A piece came off. After 3 weeks of low usage (1 pack for 12 days) Customer service informs me, based on the photo, that this is not a defect. Clearly the pipe is FRAGILE then. I did not have this problem with a pipe that costs about 9 euros currently. (20 francs at the time). Not classy then.
