Very good service.

Speed of service and impeccable quality. I pay an extra €2 for delivery with signature and the package was found in my mailbox, so I 'threw' €2 out the window! I am still waiting for a credit or a commercial gesture from them.

Hello, the pipe does not hold at all on the base, I paid for a gift wrapping that was not done, I am very disappointed

The wooden tip of the pipe broke at the point where the plastic tube is inserted. A piece came off. After 3 weeks of low usage (1 pack for 12 days) Customer service informs me, based on the photo, that this is not a defect. Clearly the pipe is FRAGILE then. I did not have this problem with a pipe that costs about 9 euros currently. (20 francs at the time). Not classy then.

I still haven't received my package. The site says we receive it within 48 hours and that it is shipped the same day or the next day. These are lies, it has been almost 10 days since I ordered my package. A total scam.

The product is not suitable, we are told that the return is possible and at our expense, once returned we are informed that the refund is impossible. Simply shameful.

I wanted to order a pipe and a pipe tool from Pipe Rit, living in French Polynesia I am subject to significant customs fees for any amount (shipping costs included) exceeding 170 euros. The order I wanted to make exceeded this amount, so I contacted customer service after a first terse response, they agreed to make a discount, but the email was not very clear regarding the terms of this discount, so I placed my order and sent them my order number thinking they would apply the discount. I heard nothing from them until I received my order with customs fees of 37 euros. After contacting their customer service again to express my dissatisfaction, the person replied very curtly that there was nothing to be done and that it was not her responsibility apparently. Therefore, I would not recommend ordering online from this site.

I think the pipe is not made of ebonite, I returned it for verification, thank you for taking the necessary steps

Attractive price. Fast delivery. Good follow-up. Shipping a bit expensive by Collissimo. Perhaps consider Mondial Relay.

The pipe received is not the one ordered! And yet the hoped-for, awaited one is clearly listed on the order form and even on the invoice... A mistake for sure... But the after-sales service is really not up to par! What a shame... I strongly advise against!

I paid 18 euros to receive my order in 24 hours and I received it 5 days later. Scandalous. I also request a full refund by mail. I complained by phone to you and I did not feel the slightest diligence to satisfy me.....

Still not delivered after a week

In the end, my appreciation can only be bad! The only positive point (shipping by colissimo) is the timely dispatch and an intact package received. So that's why I give one star.
