The pipe I received broke during my first attempt to remove the stem cold. This is clearly a manufacturing problem as I have been smoking pipes for 15 years and know perfectly how to maintain them properly. Unfortunately, the company refuses to provide me with a new stem and did not offer me a refund. They told me I had to pay for a new stem at a price almost as high as the original price. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this site.

I order pipes from you and for the first time I am very disappointed, the Surf pipe is so thin that it is impossible to break in properly. I have been smoking pipes for over 40 years and I smoke very slowly; the pipe is so thin that it gets very hot quickly and can only be finished by holding it by the stem; I regret my purchase.
