Delivery the day after the order was shipped so really nothing to say in terms of delivery time! As for the service by phone, or customer contact I have not yet experienced! Great choice of pipes and pipe purchased for €40 instead of €70 for micro-scratches that I actually didn't even observe on the pipe. Site to recommend for pipe smokers!
