Even with an issue with the ordering process, on the phone they are very warm and friendly, it makes you want to discover the Jura and take a tour in their shop where I think there are many more choices in pipes than on their site. Hello, I am satisfied with the B C 1789 pipe I ordered from you. Much more pleasant to smoke than the 2 previous pipes purchased on your site. However, this one did not come with a metal filter as you specify in the characteristics. Perhaps an oversight? Regards
