In my order, I had added gift wrapping (2 euros). Upon receipt, no gift wrapping. Contacting the company, they apologized citing a surge in orders. No refund made.

Hello, announced as a CHACOM tobacco pouch, I am surprised not to see the brand appear anywhere. Neither on the pouch nor on the box! When I called to simply mention this, the person replied that the 'supplier' was indeed CHACOM... This is a weak argument: I strongly doubt, given the mediocre quality of the leather and the total absence of branding, that this is indeed a CHACOM pouch.... because it is hard to imagine, very hard, that a supplier like this would not put their brand on it.

The site itself is very good and the shipping of the product did not pose any problems for me, it is the quality of the product that poses a problem for me, as I explain below.

Unfortunately, the hose of my pipe (ewa:cloud) is not adjusted enough. Too loose. PS. Piperit remains a good address.

Pipe type calumet received in 2 parts. When I wanted to insert the filter tip into the pipe stem, the stem cracked. It seems that the filter tip of the pipe was not the right one.

1. I would have liked to be able to favorite the items I was interested in to easily find them instead of having to order them and then delete them. 2. Similarly, I would have appreciated being able to find the items from my previous orders not by their reference which does not allow me to find them even to order the same, but with the product name and its photo...

I was extremely surprised to have to pay 28.50 CHF upon receiving my package, due to customs fees. I thought, in good faith, that having paid the shipping fees to Pipe Rit, EVERYTHING was included!!! The fact that it was not EXPRESSLY MENTIONED during the presentation of the shipping fees could be considered misleading advertising (not to say 'deceptive'). So, I don't know if I will recommend you (although I am not overly surprised that it is probably the same with all your competitors); in any case, I will arrange to have it sent to a friend living literally on the border but on the French side!

On the preparation of the order and the quality of the product, no complaints. However, the photo on the site suggested a white or cream-colored pipe, it is actually gray, which seems related to the lighting of the photograph. I was a bit disappointed upon unpacking, I admit.

Following a crack issue on the first pipe ordered, the sales service provided me with a second one for free. It turns out that despite following the recommendations in the manual and the blog's advice for seasoning and cleaning, the new pipe broke during cleaning and is unusable. My previous pipe bought from my tobacconist lasted 40 years! It seems there is a defect in the bore of the stem or the quality of the briar. Best regards.
