I was extremely surprised to have to pay 28.50 CHF upon receiving my package, due to customs fees. I thought, in good faith, that having paid the shipping fees to Pipe Rit, EVERYTHING was included!!! The fact that it was not EXPRESSLY MENTIONED during the presentation of the shipping fees could be considered misleading advertising (not to say 'deceptive').
