From order to delivery, everything was impeccable... unlike the penultimate order which never arrived (package lost by the post and colissimo), but La Pipe Rit fully refunded me. A positive point that deserves to be brought to the attention of pipe smoking customers. 10/10 also on this front.

However, living in Germany, I consider myself quite well surrounded to buy pipes and equipment, but by buying from La Pipe rit, I can get advice by phone and support a French company. The only thing missing is a loyalty card to be perfect!
