Good service, delivery on time, but pipe bigger than expected. It is indeed difficult to judge the size of a pipe from an isolated photo. Next time I will go to a pipemaker to see and touch the pipes!

Delivery took an awful lot of time and there was no available option to upgrade to express shipping or similar. the brief interaction with the team on this topic was not really reassuring. finally the item arrived with no other issues.

Simple and fast delivery.

The gift box received on time. The pipe is beautiful and pleasant. However, the pipe cleaner included is completely rusted and unusable. I have notified La Pipe Rit by email and via customer service directly on your site, with a photo to support. I have not received any response to date.

So first of all I want to say that Pipe Rit has a very good reputation and their blog is great. Unfortunately, my personal experience with them has been somewhat disappointing. I received a pipe purchased at a fairly high price in a questionable and sadly oxidized state. A mistake was made and no help was provided despite my requests and supporting photos. I certainly will not buy from them again in the future.

I ordered a dwarf cobbit supposed to have a nickel ring.... Not at all, plus I checked on the site 3 days after receiving mine, they had increased it by 10 € very disappointed.

Speed of order and delivery. 9 mm filter adapter, very good. Very good metal lid. Metal filters (6), too small in length and diameter, it helps but not much. Very good abrasive pipe cleaner. Big disappointment on the nature Haiti pipe 5, put back in a cupboard. Very low quality. Indecent filter, doesn't even hold. Will never be smoked; SO mixed review. ;

I am a regular customer and pipe smoker for 40 years, until now I was quite satisfied, but regarding my last purchase, an ugly unsanded pipe, and in the photo, they carefully avoided showing the other side of the pipe, it looks damaged... it's a shame and it is absolutely not worth the displayed price...

I had ordered a new pipe, some accessories and at the same time I was sending a pipe for repair. There was a delivery problem, but everything is back to normal. The main issue comes from the document to download that links the repair and any additional orders. There would be a bit of time to spend to improve this procedure, for example, to provide an automatic receipt of the pipe to be repaired and a registration on the customer account of the new potential order.

Why do we have to deal with customs clearance? I still haven't received my order!

As for the delivery, no issues with the correct delay. However, a small disappointment, the pipe case on the site was gray while in the package it was black, nothing too bad but you could update your photos on the site. And many of your pipes on the site have been unavailable for several months. (When I called you, you told me the pipe would be available in about 15 days and it has been more than two months and still unavailable, so I ordered it from another site, which is a shame.)

We had the honesty to report with receipt a package declared lost and were disappointed with the small discount granted. We were expecting a more substantial commercial gesture.

Nothing to say about the ordered pipe, excellent pipe. Delivery on time, it's perfect. However, I think that Piperit could improve its service by offering free delivery because adding ten euros for delivery when you have a cart over 200€ well let's say a commercial gesture wouldn't hurt. Moreover, I would have ordered much more if the 3x or 4x interest-free service was offered by the site like many other sites. So Piperit is very serious but lacks services that could lead to more sales and especially to larger average baskets.. A good listener!

A purchase of €350 shipping costs at the customer's expense. A return of the pipe for a defect and the costs again for the customer. The after-sales service is perfect with no problem for the exchange of the pipe. I will recommend.

In fact, it's partly my fault, I didn't pay attention that the ordered pipe was "small size". This mistake could have been easily avoided if next to the pipes there was a "standard" object like a box of matches or a centimeter.

Absence of filter in the pipe...

The photos of the pipes could be a bit larger. It is difficult to distinguish between a matte finish and a polished finish.

No response to my last message regarding the unsuitable filters received

This is my second purchase (recently by the way) at 'Pipe Rit' and, after a first disappointment regarding the finish of two St Claude pipes, I wanted to believe it was an 'incident'. Second purchase of two pipes worth over 150 Euros... one of them surprised me. Indeed, due to a lack of precise information on the website (weight, length, height, and depth of the bowl, etc.), it does not correspond at all to the idea I had from the photo and I will therefore not use it. Too bad. For my next pipes, I will look at other sites.

Simple navigation on the website. Good customer service, but it was a very bad idea to put a sticker "La Pipe Rit" on the pipe case! Besides being very ugly and not matching the item itself, the sticker wasn't even applied straight... and of course, it tears off all the coating when you try to remove it! Honestly terrible and very disappointing!

I still haven't received my order!

Very long waiting time from the French post. Then to the Belgian post. Very high shipping costs.

Simple order. Fast shipping and package compliant except for the tobacco pipe joke whose closure broke on the second handling. Strongly disappointed with the product this time.

Too many items presented on the site are "unavailable". The choice, seemingly abundant, is not really so.

Impossible to place an order on the site with the promotion code. I had to call to do it while leaving my credit card number. Invoice without amount!

The product description (pipe) on the site did not seem to match the product received, very large size even for a 'reader' pipe, difficult to clean due to its length.
