I was not informed of the delivery day and as a result I was not present, the package was then dropped off at a relay point that was difficult to access due to odd hours, I finally managed to retrieve the package, which is in perfect condition and I am happy with my order but the carrier should choose another relay point for future deliveries, I have already ordered from La Pipe Rit and I will continue, hoping for improvement in delivery details in case of absence of the final customer.
